BIOMEDICAL SECTOR
The self-production system of oxygen for medical use is a system that on a technical level separates oxygen from the air, but on a company level manages to combine multiple factors such as savings, safety and reliability. This oxygen production system consists of three parts, the primary oxygen production line, the secondary oxygen generation line and the third backup oxygen generation line with a high pressure cylinder and compressor system built according to ISO 10083. In the event of a failure, the system, being completely automated and controlled by PLC, will switch from the primary line to the secondary or reserve, and at the same time will send the alarm to the operations center.
Thanks to modern 3D technology, oxygen generator systems for medical environments are created and sized to meet the needs of our customers; in fact, each project is approved by the client before putting it into production.

AQUACULTURE
Oxygen gas is used for fish farming in the aquaculture industry, as the high density of the fish requires a high amount of oxygen saturation level. A high concentration of oxygen also prevents the onset of diseases and maintains the basic qualitative characteristics of the fish's living conditions.

GLASS INDUSTRY
Oxygen is used for combustion in the glass melting process in furnaces and in all processes in which, as combustion occurs, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the flame by introducing a suitable quantity of oxidizer.

WATER TREATMENTS
Ozone is a valid alternative to the classic chlorine treatment for collection tanks, in order to eliminate odors and prevent discoloration and the onset of bacterial colonies. It can be used both in drinking water for human consumption and in wastewater treatment.
