Engineering office
Our technicians and engineers in the engineering department work along 5 well-defined lines that converge towards the objective of achieving the company vision, which is to provide customers with reliable products and services, of excellent quality and capable of achieving full technical satisfaction and economical for the client. Our engineering department uses 3D CAD/CAM/CAE software tools and specific software for process engineering.

Construction and technical assistance department
The workshop for the construction and creation of equipment/systems uses highly automated machine tools managed by staff who are constantly trained in the use of increasingly high-performance equipment.

Chemical/microbiological laboratory
The well-equipped chemical analysis and testing laboratory, conducted by specialized chemical technologists, carries out the important support and guidance activity both for the service provided directly to customers and for the internal engineering service during the study and development phases of systems structured, and support for the development and refinement of new materials and processes.

Chemical Conditioning
Omniatrade srl, by virtue of the experience gained by its technicians on cooling circuits and specific problems, offers a wide range of products and services aimed at achieving maximum operating efficiency while reducing management costs to a minimum.
The common denominator of every cooling system, be it once-through (disposable), open recirculated with evaporative tower or closed recirculated with mechanical refrigeration, should be the correct chemical treatment, which eliminates or reduces to a minimum the three deleterious aspects of a circuit: Corrosion, encrustation and bio fouling.
